Dale’s is a great place for a cut and chill vibes. I take my son to his shop (13 years old) he loves the vibe too. We would see Dale on and off in his years before his own shop. Always the kindest human, easy to talk to and does a great job on the cut. Nowadays he books so far out we’ve tried Nicole. She’s super nice and chatty, makes you feel comfortable and does a nice cut. Would recommend them in a heart beat. Easy scheduling, complimentary donuts and bevs, good feels.
Dale has been my choice for a great haircut for over 10 years. In addition, he has always gone the extra mile to accommodate me by opening a special time to give my visiting guest a haircut (guest said it was the best haircut he ever had). Gave my 3 grandkids there first haircuts, and now in his Brecksville shop he sees these 3 boys ages 12, 10, and 5 regularly. Kind. Thoughtful. Talented. These are words that accurately describe Barber Dale and he passes these characteristics to the other 4 great barbers in his shop. Never a disappointment. I would give him a 10 star rating if it existed. RS
I have been a customer of Dale for years and I must say that Barber Dale’s is truly exceptional. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with an amazing atmosphere. The shop is absolutely beautiful, simply top-notch. I highly recommend this barber shop to anyone in search of a skilled barber, exceptional service, and a welcoming atmosphere. It truly is a gem in the Brecksville community.
Barber Dale's is great. Clean facility, really nice people. Plus, they are super efficient with appointment times, which I highly value. Simple to book and reschedule. I go to Nicole, who is fantastic.
Henry did an amazing job at making our son feel comfortable and also did a perfect haircut for his hair type! Will be returning for sure! The vibe of the shop plus the friendliness of the staff was an added bonus to a cool new haircut! Our younger son (who is not a big fan of haircuts) got his first haircut with Henry today and he was amazing with him! He can’t wait to go back
