I came in to get a service and was turned away because he said he was done for the day. He then told me to come back the next day at 1:30 PM. I’m very particular about scheduling, so I added it to my phone right there in the shop to make sure there was no confusion. When I returned the next day, I was turned away again. This time he insisted that my appointment was at 1:00 PM and told me I missed it. Even after I showed him that I had documented the time he gave me, he continued to argue that I was wrong instead of acknowledging the mix-up or offering any kind of apology. The whole experience felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. Maybe others may have a better experience, but this was mine.

Excelente servicio, Anibal es el barbero de mi esposo e hijos desde hace 4 años. El servicio es extraordinario, tiene mucha paciencia con los niños especiales, el horario es flexible la calidad de trabajo es al 100% la mejor, el local siempre está limpio y el área es segura.
