Barber and Beer Hometown

We're visiting North Carolina from Philadelphia and came in here for a haircut and beard trim, the entire experience was incredible. The barbers were all so friendly and the entire shop was talking and laughing the entire time. Autumn did my haircut and the lining was so good, usually my beard trims end up looking terrible because of my beard genetics and texture, but for the first time in years i left happy with a haircut. The experience in Marion has overall been incredible, but the barbershop and Smoke a 'Lil Smoke have made it feel impossible to leave, the community when you walk into Barber and Beer is unlike any other and we're so happy we got to experience it.

I took my grandson in to get a haircut and I told the lady. That was guttin g his hair that he was a afraid of clippers and she used them anyway. She also didn't cut his hair the way I had asked. Since he is afraid of clippers he wouldn't to be still. She didn't finish his hair cut because she couldn't handle a screaming and crying kid. So she left his hair in a mess.And also the other person was very rude .

Great with Kids! My son who is not normally thrilled to go to a barber felt brave enough to get his hair cleaned up here. All the employees were very welcoming and engaged with my two sons which certainly helped them feel comfortable. The gentlemen who did the cut was great with my son, very quick and he got out of the chair looking devilishly handsome. Only waited about 20 mins for a walk in appointment! Highly recommend supporting one of Marion’s awesome small businesses. These guys rock! Thanks again, we will be back soon!

I recently visited Barber and beer and I’m honestly impressed with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the staff and the atmosphere was super chill. Thanks to Jamie for really taking the time and attention in what I was asking for.I will definitely be going back.

Absolutely LOVE my lil man's cut!!!! They did an amazing job, an the designs are on point👌 Those who have kid know some kids don't sit still as much as we would like haha so the cut an designs are perfect!! Will definitely be back!! Highly recommend!!!
