Barber and Beauty Institute of New York

I truly had an awesome experience while attending this school. There are different levels of experienced students but the instructors are patient with each of us, giving each of us the help we need as individuals. When you graduate from this school, IF YOU PUT IN THE WORK, you will leave a better Barber than when you came in and State Board ready. I'd recommend this school to ANYONE. It's a great opportunity, experience and trade to have.

They are absolutely 💯 great especially with special needs children

This is my primary Barbershop. The prices are affordable, the atmosphere enjoyable and the cuts meet my requirements. Some people scoff at it because it's a school and so the Barbers aren't professionals (yet). But everyone needs to start somewhere and some of these up and coming Barbers are better than the professionals I've gone to before. The best cut I ever got was from this shop.

Good cut by BB Institute students; overseen by the Instructors. (Shout out to Mr T!😊) Can't beat the price or the atmosphere. Definitely recommend👍

Certainly the number 1 school. Very professional, organized and staff that are more than Instructors, also great life skills and motivation to be a better person. It begins with Mr. FELDER....and permeates. Mr. FELDER One of the few blk men who actually care and has so much wisdom. Best school
