I went in with light brown hair. I showed her a picture of my copper hair I had about 2 years ago and told her the stylist would have to bleach my hair to get this color. Sure to my alopecia she didn't want to bleach it and said she could do it another way, and that the color i showed her was more red. (The color was picked straight from my last stylists hair dye swatches its copper like the redhead from practical magic had a similar color hair. ) My hair is now a dark chocolate brown with a red tint. I hate it so much i am way to pale to have dark hair. It ruined the pictures I have to take today and its so ugly.

I Have had three appointments with Hannah. She is very talented and I have been very pleased each visit. I found a home! Thank you Hannah!

absolutely horrible!!! firstly, she didn’t listen to me when i told her what i wanted and never gave me a price on anything and just started doing my hair when i just came in for a consultation secondly, she completely messed up my hair by doing what she thought was best and, again, completely messed up my hair, worse than it was before i would never go here even if it was the last place i could possibly go to. i’m thoroughly convinced that she was trying to steal my money because she didn’t tell me any price for anything

I'm from the west coast and I'm very untrusting of people in regards to styling my hair. This place is totally legitimate. I almost never leave reviews, but people should know. There is a barber there, but I personally prefer a cosmetologist. Very good people.
