Barb Fava's Beauty Salon

I have been going to Barb Fava’s Beauty Salon for over 15 years now. In fact, as of 10 years ago, I moved to West Virginia, I make the 3.5 hour drive one way just to have my hair done at Barb Fava’s still to this day! The entire staff there are amazing! They are all very talented hair stylists… cuts, color, styling…they all go above and beyond to assure you leave with beautiful healthy hair. They offer great treatments for your hair as well. The Brazilian Blowout is awesome! It totally transforms your hair, making it smooth, shiny and so soft! They also do great manicures and pedicures! I love how my feet feel after my pedicure.. and my toes look amazing!! Honestly, I really feel like they all have become my extended family, I love them all!! I will not even consider going anywhere else! ♥

The women that work here genuinely make me feel filled with so much confidence! Compassionate and talented hair stylists, they give me what I like to call the princess treatment~ Also, if you’re going to get your nails done, you can expect the gel manicure to stay on for at least two weeks if you’re not doing anything crazy!

If I could give this place six stars I would!! Katie is a wonderful pedicurist/stylist who I HIGHLY recommend!! She is very friendly and genuine and does a terrific job!... I met the owner, Barb, tonight... One the nicest people I've met in a long time... They offered me a Christmas drink before I left!! This is my second visit and I'll be going back regularly for sure... Thanks everyone!!

Barb, her daughters are like family to me. They get a kick out of me in the, you know, I like going there. I've been going there since she was downtown across from the Hudson lunch, very, very good hair dressers. Her daughter's dear a great job

8 weeks later UPDATE ... I can finally towel dry my hair LOL but I'm still using a 1/2" curling iron 8 weeks later... In case you were wondering.... Never received anything from this salon. If you're ever unhappy THEY WILL NOT CARE ...ZERO COMPASSION Update replying to the business reply Again I admit, I did not say anything the day of my appointment, out of respect for the salon and all the clients there. I did reach out privately and expressed my concerns and unhappiness. Only hoping to be respected the same way and my feelings understood & appreciated. I received nothing from this establishment.
