Barbara Alpert did a great job with her fruit-and-veggie challenge. I continue to think about my food intake balance every time I shop to make sure I have more fruits and vegetables in my diet. The photo shows the salad as the more important part of my lunch. As Barb's brother, I consult her on herbal remedies whenever I need... I'm lucky!
