Bar Nails

Went into the salon for a fill in. I showed the female nail tech my inspo pic. She Started with a woman filing my nails. She used the drill tool to take off my old polish and shorten my nails. When she filed the nails, the drill was so fast and close to my skin that she took a layer of my skin off of my pinky. It burned my skin and left it bright red. Another client walked in and she had me move to another nail tech. I showed the new nail tech my inspo pic and he continued filing my nails. He did a great job with the fill and then the shaping of my nails. They look wonderful. Where it went sideways is when he told me he couldn’t put the simple flower design on two of my nails after the color was already done. By far the WORST place to go!!! I’m honestly embarrassed to even go in public with these nails. After the lady told me she couldn’t do what I asked her to do (see last picture) this is what was done. This lady had no idea what she was doing. My nails aren’t smooth, she used an electric file on my skin to get the mess of nail polish that was all over my hands off and they look like complete crap!! This is my second time going to this place because I was given a gift card and everything in me did not wanna go back because the first time was just as bad! But I figured “how bad could it be just getting a fill?” I walked out paying $120 for this and pedicure!! Which I thought the pedicure wasn’t that bad till later at night I took my socks off and realized I still had so much callus! Not to men

I am new to the area and have tried 4 different nail shops in the area and wasnt impressed. My daughter and I have been here twice now for no chip manicure and pedicures. So far its been a good experience! They all have been very nice and welcoming! They will keep getting my business as long as they are consistent!

DONT DO IT. Jenny is so rude and this is the second time I have been there and she is in a full on screaming match with another employee, and I only go get my nails done twice a year. Showed an inspo pic and honestly got nothing like it but I was so uncomfortable I just wanted to get out of there. Then the daughter of the employee she fought with came in and told ME I done because she needed to go talk to her mom again. Left with super uneven nails and the no chip gel all over the underside. Henry (who is great) came over and finished from what he could see but it was just terrible. And to add in also she never even bothered to soak my nails and cuticle before she started trimming and cutting so they look even worse. I’m honsestly embarrassed.

DO NOT COME HERE. Worst place I've ever been. JENNY is the rudest person I've ever seen. She was always shouting and arguing with others while I was there. If you activate the translation on your phone, you will be shocked by how UNETHICAL and RUDE she was when talking about you. She discriminated against you because of your appearance. She only welcomes you when you give her a big tip, but she is not willing to do anything to earn it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
