I have visited this location several times, but my most recent experience was completely unacceptable. I had a confirmed appointment for Friday at 11:00 a.m, yet when I arrived, the doors were locked, the lights were off, and no staff were present. I attempted to call both listed phone numbers, but each went directly to voicemail. This level of unresponsiveness is highly unprofessional. Failing to notify clients, honor scheduled appointments, or provide any form of communication is completely inappropriate. Situations like this make it difficult to trust the reliability of your services

Dark, dimly lit place. Looks old. Came inside to be greeted by 8 sets of eyes in the back of the hair braiding room staring at me while I picked out a hair unit. Very uncomfortable unwelcoming environment. Also the hair unit was severely overpriced. Got home and not only did it smell bad, it was very thin in the back and you could see the tracks showing making it useless. Their policy says I can’t get my $ back. You’re better off shopping online and waiting Never will I ever return.

I am very satisfied with the service and quality of my experience. I appreciate that it’s a one stop shop so I can just make an appointment and show up. My braids turned out amazing!!! They are quick, efficient and the prices are consistent and reasonable. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I will be back for future services and beauty supplies!

Love this place! The ladies were so sweet and great at what they do!! I cant wait to go back! Atmosphere was really good! One stop shop they have everything! My hair turned out exactly what I wanted!! Thank you again!!!

This place is a total joke. I took my two girls to get knotless braids and they didn't last 4 days. The braiding hair that they use is like doll hair very very light and cheap. They charged me $385 for 2 heads and my daughters braids were very short not even pass her shoulders. I wanted my money back but no refunds won't be going back or recommend any one to get braids done here
