I’ve visited this braiding business twice. The first time, my appointment started nearly an hour late, but the stylist (whose name I can’t recall) did an absolutely beautiful job on my hair, which is why I returned. About six months later, I reached out via DM asking specifically for medium, butt-length Boho knotless braids. The stylist replied that there was a promotion for $240, and that I needed to pay a $40 deposit, leaving $200 due on the day of my appointment. I confirmed this twice in writing, paid the deposit, and even asked what hair to purchase—which she told me. I bought exactly what she recommended. On the day of my appointment, I arrived on time, but was then told that the price was “three-something.” I showed her the DM conversation confirming the $240 rate, but she insiste
