Staff were friendly, but the waxer was 30 minutes late from the scheduled appointment time and severely damaged my skin. I've been waxed before by professionals and friends and have never been in as much pain as I am in now. Please be wary if you're considering getting waxed here. LONG HAIR DREAM COME TRUE!! Couldn't have had a better experience on changing my look. Staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. Ambiance top notch. Felicia went out of her way to ensure my comfort during the long process. Old color was lifted out (many box colors on my end trying to remove a previous bad experience) and a colorful balayage was put on my very long, fine hair. Having white hair is fun finally! Had a vision in my mind of how I wanted to rock it; Felicia brought it to life. Went to my previous beautician for over 20 years but recently moved back to the area. Hard for me to trust a new place, however, I felt comfortable after my consultation to not check out any other places due to the ease of conversation and skill set displayed. Will not go to another place in Mansfiel

From the moment I walked in my experience was great! The building is amazing and beautiful, makes you feel special. I got a hybrid eyelash extension for my wedding and once I was called back to start my eyelashes the girl was so nice and gentle! We had good conversation and I felt comfortable the entire time. My lashes look great and wedding ready! Would return if I’m ever in town and need any spa treatment!

Me and my best friend came here to get our hair cut. As two women with young children we don't get out a lot for self care so this was a splurge for us. When I tell you that everyone at the salon was just wonderful, I think it is honestly an understatement. The conversation along with the care was beyond what I expected. I will suggest this salon to anyone in the area. Just a great experience that we both loved. Thank you. 🙏

I would not recommend this solan to anyone. They never booked my appointments long enough (even when I explained exactly what I wanted). The nail techs were not friendly and did terrible work. I personally recommend Reflections Salon & Spa in Ontario. Reeflections is cheaper, the service is 5 starts, and their nail work is amazing.
