I've been here twice. The first time I went I loved my experience. I received a silk press and the previous person who did it, Emonie, did a phenomenal job. I went back last week and I was not satisfied. I assume the person who was doing my hair was new to the salon. I asked her for a silk press. I told her I did not want my ends clipped but she kept insisting. She said she would cut off just a little but ended up cutting much more than she said she would. Before I even left the salon my hair was puffing up. She did not use the proper technique for the silk press. It was literally like I got a blow dry and flat iron. All in all, I was not satisfied at all! I have gotten many silk presses before that have lasted for a month and it has not been a week and my hair looks horrible. This is just

I went to Touba African Hair Braiding on Reidsville rd, and they damaged my hair. Later, I went to Bangz and Enid worked a miracle and treated my hair. It's growing back now, all thanks to Enid and her growing hands.

Great place to beautify your outside as well as your soul. If can get an appointment you are bleased as are the ladies at this salon. Theirs even a barbershop owners are husband and wife duo. And customers become family. I cant say how professional and awesome each and everyone of thrse people are(i am biased as i miss working here daily)Bangz &Co. The shop was clean and front desk staff and my stylist Mrs. Nikki Murphy was excellent, professional and knowledgeable. I am pleased every time.

Unprofessional. Stylist could only be reached by calling salon number and wait for a call back. Destroyed my hair after five years natural. Now I have to start over. Even if they apologized and offered to do my hair for life, I would never return to this place.
