Naiesha started on my dry, natural hair so she could follow my real part and see how my hair actually falls (a huge green flag for me as some who just wants to wakeup and go). She explained, "I cut it like this first because this is where it's going to fall naturally," and that level of care continued through every step. During the scalp massage, she asked if there were any areas she should focus on. During the cut, she checked in with me along the way. During the styling, she made sure I was happy with the volume she was giving me. You can just tell she takes her craft seriously and genuinely cares about each of her clients. I was truly, so impressed and feel incredibly lucky to have such a gem of a stylist
