Maybe the communication wasn’t there but I had came in with my friend & I had show the stylist a picture. For it be like my whole hair it was just too high for my range. So I was assuming it would just some of my hair similar to the color of the picture I had shown. I chose 1 out the 2 colors pink she showed me hoping ok if I can’t get the full then I was hoping whatever she was doing you know. She was washing in the sink and I had noticed it was blonde. But I’m like ok maybe she is going to tone it using the color I chose which was pink. Come to find out it was just blonde highlights. Which to me was strange because I didn’t choose what type of blonde you know. And prior of me coming in, I had golden money piece. I don’t have no more. I’m also a redhead and this blonde I just wasn’t exp

I have extremely long hair and needed a cut desperately but am scared to trust anybody new with my hair. The woman I had this morning, I forgot her name but she had short hair and glasses and a bills jersey on. She was super nice and understood what I asked for. With my hair being so long, she asked multiple times if I was sure before she cut it which I greatly appreciated because it was a significant amount. She was wonderful and my hair came out great. Thank you!

The women who work there are very nice, but my friend and I didn’t get what we payed for. I asked for caramel highlights which is a darker yet light brown color. I am now blonde and I showed a picture of what I wanted too a clear picture that was no where near blonde so no one can tell me I said the wrong thing. I do not want to be a blonde. My friend who I went with wanted pink in her hair, instead she got small blonde money pieces and blonde roots. No sight of pink at all. We paid a lot of extra money than what it says the price is online too which isn’t cool. I am not looking forward to going back there to have it get “fixed” so currently I will stay blonde until I find somewhere else that can hopefully help

I was in today had Jill as my stylist absolutely amazing I will be back when she turned my chair around so I could see the final look I was shocked definitely gave me the wow who’s that girl effect lol I love it so much!!!! Thank-you Jill your amazing

Went to the bangs in West Seneca, South Gate plaza. My hair stylist Kayla was the absolute sweetest. She’s very gentle, thorough, and clean. I absolutely loved every second of my visit from start to finish. 100% Will come back here and get Kayla again. I’m very satisfied with my hair
