I had a shampoo/conditioner and cut. Edith charged me 100.00. My appointment was at 5:30pm. I had to wait almost 3hrs. Edith never styled my hair like she do her other customers. Edith used mousse in my hair. When I got home to pick my hair it was dry and gluey. I had no curls . My hair looked like a nappy Afro.

It is a wonderful place to get pampered. The stylist are amazing I love watching the stylist braid hair it is amazing it is a show and the results are fantastic. My stylist Jazz is fantastic she has me looking fabulous just washing my hair is oh so amazing . Every one of the stylist there knows their craft. This place is my guilty pleasure. I will continue going to Bangs and bragging about the beautiful stylists with the big smiles that create outstanding looks for the customers. Oh by the way my name is Carol!!!

My first couple of appointments were actually good. It’s the last two appointments that made me make the decision NOT to EVER GO BACK. My hair stylist was Mechelle. She was great in the beginning. The first “ incident” was when I came in for my usual pixie cut and perm. She burnt me real bad in the back of my head. Scalp was on FIRE and she didn’t even get to really “do”/style my hair because of the irritates of my scalp being burn. The back of my scalp was scarred up bad. I waited for my head to heal. Made the mistake of going back. SMH 🤦🏽‍♀️. I’ll say i waited about 1 1/2 months before I went back. This time around I’m all healed up and I ask for my usual. My first visit with Tracey was awesome but my second visit was poor service poor communication. I don’t understand a salon that sales products for you to do your hair at home but they still want you to come every week. It’s really sad. The parking is poor very tight and it seems to be very unsafe

Before I began coming to Jada in 2023 my scalp was constantly dry and always flaking. Since 2023 Jada has fixed my dry scalp, grown my hair, and provided excellent service to me. Jada is always on time, she provides an amazing shampoo which is like no other shampoo I have ever had and she takes the time out to educate her clients about their hair and different treatments they need. My favorite thing about going to Jada is that she doesn’t rush through a hairstyle she dedicates her time to each client and truly cares about them leaving the shop happy! She takes the time to ask questions which I love. If you are looking for a stylist who literally can do it ALL. Please book and you will not be disappointed.
