Had such a great experience with Francesca! The shampoo was so relaxing, she really listened to what I wanted for my cut, and the style came out beautifully. I left feeling refreshed and loving my hair! Would recommend going to see Francesca and I will be coming back for future cuts!

Called to see if they had any availability’s today, and they said it’s a walk in service and said it would be a 30 minute wait. Which it was a 30 minute drive for me no problem, I get their and wait 5 minutes for the girl to tell me they don’t have time to do a cut and wash and offer me a $5 coupon… it would have been nice to know if they were not gunna be able to fit me in before I drove 30 minutes out of my way for nothing….

Went in to get a curly perm and walked out with my hair completely damaged and still wet. I told the girl doing my hair that I colored my hair with box dye previously and I also had bleached it. She said it was fine and that she’d try her best to find a solution that would work for me. I wanted my curls to come back since my hair is naturally curly but I had a straightening perm a year before this and instantly regretted it. After doing more research I feel like she should’ve just turned me away. I even told her if she wasn’t absolutely positive it would turn out right, not to do it and to just give me a haircut. My experience at Bangs was absolutely terrible I walked in and asked for a shampoo a cut and a style I originally said that I usually get my haircut dry because of the texture of my hair the girl did not want to listen and she said that she would rather cut it wet. I have very coarse dry hair. She washed my hair but when she washed it she did not even get the back of my hair. To me it seemed like she was in a rush to get out for the day. My hair length was a little bit below the middle of my back . She proceeded to cut my hair I asked her to do a little lower than shoulder length she wasn't even listening to me at that time because she cut it longer than I wanted so I told her that she could cut a little bit more off so she did the cut was great but when she went to style I told her that I

I went in to get a hair conditioning treatment and instead had chunks of hair ripped out of my head. The girl didn't seem thrilled from the beginning to do my hair. Iff you didn't want to do it then you should of said so. She was unbelievably rough during the washing process and even worse during the long wet hair process. Common sense you can not rip through long hair ever, wet or dry. There was chunks of hair on the floor. I never brush my hair like that EVER. I even whimpered and the girl looked at me and continued to be abusive. I feel traumatized! I have been working so hard to fix the breakage in my hair. My next step was a conditioning treatment. She did the opposite. I came in on a Saturday. The girl had blonde bangs and short black hair with a full dark arm tattoo. I am unbelievab
