Bang Salon & Day Spa

I've been going here for about two years and Tommy has consistently done an excellent job coloring, cutting, and styling my hair. He understands exactly what look I want to achieve and makes it happen. The salon has a nice atmosphere as well. It has always been a good experience. I especially love how he colored, cut and styled my hair this last visit! I highly recommend Bang Salon and Day Spa.

No transparency in pricing! I always ask the price of the service in advance before making an appointment and I did it this time as well. On the phone, the owner clearly said "$150" for the type of perm I wanted. Once I got there, they didn't say a word about the price. Just asked how I want my hair done. Trusting they would honor what they said over the phone, I didn't think about " asking the price" again. Well, I should've. When it was time for me to pay, it was $205 not $150. So I said, the owner said it's $150. The hair stylist said " I used a different technique and used some products on your hair" She SHOULD'VE told me before starting the job. This is kind of a deceptive practice. I didn't want to make a big scene, so ended up paying what they were asking, but felt pretty tric

Tommy is the best! I have always had trouble finding someone who understood my hair texture and he does an amazing job every time. I’ve recommended so many people to him and he’s done an amazing job on everyone, they all loved their haircuts and have become regular customers!

Our family has been visiting this salon for more than a year, and we’ve consistently had great experiences. Tommy does an excellent job with haircuts and styling. Highly recommend!

Nope! Never again. Prices are not only misleading online but WAY too much for a 6 minute (if that) cut on my lil girl's hair. Yes my daughter has long hair but it is thin & it was a straight cut, at bottom & bang refresh for $40? There was no "style" cut or anything intricate. The guy said the price for "YOUTH" was for a boys cut & not a girls. Really!? A boys cut would have been more intricate. Come to think about it, I think I forgot that I came here a VERY long time ago for myself & was not happy then. Well, I'm FOR SURE, never forgetting again. This place will ALWAYS be a solid "No!" I'll be red flagging on my Google map so I do not forget.
