Bambu Mobile Spa

I do not recommend Bambu. I went in after getting my nails done next door at 4:54pm. I came in at the same time this gentleman. It was his first time visiting as mine. He ordered 18 drinks in total (1-15 on the menu plus 3 smooties for the ladies next door at The Nail Shop). Right after I paid for my order the woman made my pandan waffle immediately then stepped into the back to talk with the ladies in the back (preparation area) that were making the gentleman's drinks. She left my waffle in the waffle maker for a long period of time without flipping it after it chimed to remove it. She then placed it in a sleeve and put my ube ice-cream in a container next to a hot waffle and left it sitting on the counter. Meanwhile she checked 4 other people's orders out. Great massage. I recieved a 90 minute massage as a gift via groupon at Bambu Med Spa. The massage was amazing! I thought I'd hate it because I'm not a huge fan of people touching me as I'm very ticklish. She really knocked out some knots in my shoulders, back and glutes, which is where I am most tense. If I had to change anything it would be the white noise. There were ocean sounds and a water dripping apparatus that drove me crazy, and every time I thought I blocked the noise I'd hear it again. It was extremely annoying. I prefer soft music or no sounds at all to be relaxed, but I didn't give them less than 5 stars because I didn't ask them to turn the sounds off. Bad experience with this company! My husband and purchases a 90 min massage via groupon and I have called numerous times and left messages. No call was ever returned and when I went to the address provided I was informed by the mail clerk that they had moved out! Not good business people!!! Groupon is refunding me my money!
