I went to this place as my daughters' guest for my birthday and was utterly embarrassed. They always try to impress me with beautiful places, but this one is truly disgusting. There is absolutely no privacy during the massage. The tipping issue was also a problem, as the staff insulted us for refusing to pay the exorbitant amount they demanded.I never want to go back.

Pressured us (my boyfriend and I) into giving them 15 dollars each for tip. Don’t come here! Should have read the reviews before coming. They took money out of my hands demanding me for more. $50 for 2 people and demanding 15 for each??

This place has completely non-transparent pricing. The sign says a full-body massage is $40 for one hour - it’s actually 45-50 mins. At checkout, a guy insisted that a minimum tip of $15 is required — which was never mentioned upfront. I gave two $50 bills and asked for $45 back. Instead, the guy deliberately gave me only $40, assuming a 50% tip! When I questioned it, the guy rudely said “that’s not how we calculate it.” The massage itself was mediocre at best. Definitely not worth the price or the attitude. Would not recommend.

I visited this spa twice, and unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing. The first time, my friend and I came for a foot massage. A female staff member massaged me, while a male staff member worked on my friend. When it came time to pay, we each tipped $10 — which was already more than 20% of the bill. However, the male staff member demanded $15 per person in a rude tone. I gave it, but my friend refused. I returned hoping the issue was just a one-time incident. I came here with my boyfriend on a whim. I clearly should have looked at the reviews here. We got the hour long foot massage for “$25”. I asked a couple times if it was $25 before the start of our service and the receptionist said yes. My foot massage was great and thorough. My boyfriend had three different people massage his feet.First a lady, then she swapped out for a man, and then another man swapped for him, which was very disruptive. The last man that tapped in was extremely rough with his feet. We left to pay, prepared to tip 40% each ($10 pp). They flipped a sign over to say we had to tip $15 each which of course they never mentioned up front. If they were just upfront instead of being sneaky, it would have been a better experience.
