Never go here for one if you call they lie about the price of the style you want and two your not going to have any edges once you take your hair out

I waited till after I got my hair done to put my comment because I wanted the full experience first I read the reviews and definitely was scared to go because it was a lot of negative comments when I walked in. I’m assuming she’s the owner ; a women greeted me and asked me what I needed. I expressed to her that I was on a tight schedule and wanted medium Knotless from 9-30 to 1 o’clock Is all it took! I have nothing negative to say thank you And I have to make this point as well. I am a tender, headed it didn’t hurt at all thank you you did a great job !

They are very unprofessional and money hungry. I had 2 ladies in there mess my twist up. They put really huge twist in the middle of my head. I went back the next day. One of the ladies wanted me to keep my hair in and come back for a touch-up for 120. I got a phone call from the owner telling me to come in and I didn't take my hair out because I wasn't for sure if someone would do it over, well they charged me 40$ for a take out. The lady that did my redo was extremely rude the entire time. When I took my hair out it was so stripped and thin. Ladies, don't waste your time and money. It bothered me they would do someone like that. I would hate for this to happen to anyone else.

I love the ladies in this shop but I feel like the customer service could be better. I started resuming services after a previous experience years ago. I came in to get my daughter hair braided because it was convenient at the last minute. My daughter wanted lemonade braids instead of them telling you I can’t catch the small pieces in the back they braid to last at that moment as so tight it leaves bumps. I had to come back a second time to get the edges braided over in a weeks time, someone else braided it down and it still lifted up. So here comes me getting my hair done after that. I was getting my hair done in getting kinky twist with Marley hair. Within 1 week my hair was slipping out the braid and lifting up like it was 2 months old. I continued to wear the style and not go back with

The quality of their work is OUTSTANDING. However, the prices change as they go. When I called I was told the price would be $160 and up. When I arrived I asked for $160 and she told me that was too short And asked me to try the $180 braids. When I agreed, I then proceeded to pull out my hair that I brung and they told me if they used my hair it was $200 because my hair was longer which wasn’t a problem so I agreed to $200. Before starting, I was told the ends of my hair was bad they couldn’t use it BUT was still charged $200 and they refused to return the “bad” hair. Customer service & communication is poor. This is the 2nd time that has happened with them.
