My hair fell out after not even a week. I paid 250 plus gave a 75 dollar tip. Even though the lady stayed on the phone the entire time and the style she gave me was NOT mini braids which is what I made the appointment for. When called her about it I was told they only guarantee hair for 1 week, but I inside the store asked how long the style I was given would last and I was told MONTHS. The reason she did not want to do mini braids is because she had made an appointment for a couple hours later and didn't have time. She didn't want to even start my hair I stood there with my son for over 45 mins before she even started working on my hair. If you only guarantee hair for one week then don't charge almost 300$ for a hair style. And remarks were made she couldn't do mini braids cuz I was white

If you are light-skinned Hispanic or white or anything other than African-American they will treat you differently. Which Is there right but as a paying customer it was obvious I was getting swindled taken advantage of and given a Service that they knew wasn’t their best. Because they figured I would pay anyways and I didn’t know what I was talking about. I’ve been getting my hair braided for years and this is the worst experience I’ve had. Braid came out less than a week later caked with product patchy the braids were loose they looked messy. It was hurried up. The actual girl that I talk to you was very sweet the stylist but the woman who took my money and charged me double because she didn’t think I heard the price that she said in the first place was ridiculous. I love getting my hair
