Bally African Hair Braiding

The worst experience ever!!!! The shop was dirty and the Nikki lady was really ruff with my head and I will never give them my money again my braids are sloppy in the back and now they won’t even answer the phone….. All of the boxes are different sizes and I asked for them to make them all the same. Waste of my hard earned money!!!!!!

I WISH I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS . RUDE, YOU TELL THEM HOW YOU WANT YOUR HAIR THEY DO WHAT THEY WANT! GET MAD WHEN YOU COMPLAIN AND RETALIATE BY PULLING YOUR HAIR TIGHT!! I WILL BEVER GO TO ANOTHER AFRICAN HAIR BRAIDING SHOP. YOU RUINED FOR THE REST OF YAWL! STOP SPENDING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH POEPLE WHO DONT RESPECT OR VALUE YOU! NEVER AGAIN

First off I do not recommend this place to anyone. The services they provided me were very poor they talk way to much and spit in your face they made me feel very uncomfortable in there chair I left with my neck hurting. My last experience was the worst of all they did my hair terrible and took my money and did not want to fix my hair nor refund me back the money let me remind you there prices are pretty high so you’re expecting for you hair to be braided professionally. They did a complete rush job on my hair and my hair looked like I had it in for a week already. The head lady (Bally) was very rude and I will never ever go back. I had to take my hair out that same day and pay more money to get it fixed by someone else but it was definitely worth it .

A co-worker referred me to ballys, Why they do that? Smh.. They didn't know how to do the butterfly braids I wanted and in a almost cashless society the don't take debit, cash only. Talking about you can go next door to get cash. They didn't have the right color Braiding hair and couldn't use the hair I brought. That was my first and last time going to ballys. What a waste of my time

I travel from Orlando to tampa to let these beautiful women groom me. Yes you will wait but the wait is worth it. There is five women that work fast to get everyone in including kids teen. Thank you for making me look magnificent. I get compliments all the time. I love my hair❤❤❤❤
