Their experience there is awfully terrible. One of the picture is what I asked for and the one with the carpet background is what I got from them my nails looks like it was done by a 3 year old who just wanted to paint!!! And I did my nails the 22nd of December today is the 23rd they are peeling like come on

Save you’ll money this place is a waste Expensive and job not well done Did my nails Saturday, The lady that did my nails I kept on telling her the tips she’s putting on are not straight told her I wanted square nails to be honest I don’t even know what shape this is two days later one started to peel all they care about is the tips(money ) seems like she doesn’t understand English well never to return or recommend anyone

Yes, this place is clean, and the atmosphere is relaxing. Unfortunately, the professionalism of management leaves much to be desired. I’ve scheduled appointments two weeks in a row that we’re not honored. Upon arrival, the owner/manager simply told me the nail tech that was supposed to work with me was with another client and would not be able to service me. When I reminded him that I had an appointment, he simply said ‘sorry’. The first time it happened I was frustrated, but still came back the next week hoping it was an isolated incident. But when I received the same nonchalant, dismissive ‘sorry’ the following week when my appointment was again disregarded, it was enough to send me elsewhere.
