Balanced Bodywork and Massage

Kat was amazing!!!!!! Me and my sis came in while visiting the area and got Swedish massages it was worth every penny.She hit all the right spots and really knew which spots to apply pressure.Will be returning to her next time I visit! It’s hard to find good massage therapists!

We booked a couples massage last minute and they were able to accommodate us. This is easily the best massage I have ever had. As a person with chronic pain, I appreciated the thorough intake where we talked through target areas for relieving tension. Tina and Melanie knew all the pressure points, took their time in areas that were very tense, provided some stretches and movements that reminded me of thai yoga massage, and even gave tips for post massage on how to keep releasing toxins and stretching or preventing inflammation for our long drive back to NYC. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing to relax or relieve pain! We will definitely be going back whenever we're in Lake Placid in the future!

I booked a 2 hour, hot stone and deep tissue massage with Sherri. We started the appointment by going over areas to target. It was well worth it! Right as I thought the massage was coming to an end, Sherri continued on. I dozed off once or twice during the session. It was extremely relaxing. I will book again the next time that I visit Lake Placid. Thanks Sherri!!!

This massage was fantastic! Sherri has a calm spirit and was warm and welcoming. She targeted specific tight muscles and applied pressure that relieved a lot of tension. If I lived locally, I would become a regular client! I will definitely be back next time I visit the area.

Had a 2-hour, deep tissue/sports massage from Sherri. It was phenomenal. Highly recommend!! I’ll def return next time I’m in the ADKs.
