Balanced Body Massage

What a great experience! After several years of no massages (I moved, then COVID lockdown, and then I didn't know who to go to), this was fantastic. I feel great! Wonderful atmosphere with dim lighting and relaxing music. Jessica is a fabulous person, a great communicator, and very skilled. Highly recommend!

I've been going to Jess for the last six months and she's fabulous. I appreciate her expertise in muscle anatomy; she always knows where to emphasize to help certain problems. Her time with a chiropractic office adds to her knowledge for sure. Sometimes I need extra in one spot, and she's able to adjust time so that the whole massage still feels quite even. The massage room is comfortable and relaxing. She is happy to chat, or if I'm quiet she goes along with quiet. I've been to less experienced massage therapists and I've seen the difference with Jess! Also, I had previously considered massages to be superfluous and extravagant--the kind of thing one gets as a birthday present. I have had a great experience with Jessica. From the first visit she has made me feel comfortable, and relaxed. I have enjoyed 60 & 90-minute deep-tissue massages. I have been getting therapeutic massages here for over a year. Jessica is excellently trained, really experienced, and a compassionate provider. She is very professional and I like supporting independent practitioners instead of spa-like businesses. Whenever a new issue arises, she always has a variety of techniques to address pain and she has proven skilled at helping with both acute and chronic issues. I highly recommend her.

I love this place! Jessica is very authentic. Every massage I've had was tailored to my needs and definitely accomplished. I've never had to wait to get started and she doesn't rush you to get up afterwards. I totally recommend Balance Body Massage!
