Autumn is always a pleasure. She's supposedly a rookie but I've been with a few stylists and she's my favorite. Did an amazing job with my highlights and she gave great reccomendations when I wasn't sure what I wanted. Cost for highlights + toner + glaze + haircut was upwards of 200 dollars and they forgot about my 25 dollar off coupon so I may not be back but I will miss her :(

I went to this salon when I first moved to Tampa. I told the stylist, Carissa, that other stylists had tried to overcharge me in the past. I had just gotten new hair extensions and paid over $2,000 for the hair alone, plus $500 for the installation. Shortly after, the extensions started hurting me, so I called the salon repeatedly, but no one answered. When I finally reached the front desk, I explained that I needed the extensions removed immediately because they were painful. She told me the earliest they could see me was Wednesday—and this was on a Monday. I ended up going to HQ Aveda in Wesley Chapel instead, and I highly recommend them. I’ve been going to Balance Salon off and on for more than a decade, probably closer to two. It’s usually a great experience, Carlos the manager is always acknowledging and friendly as are front desk staff. I had a regular stylist but she’s very busy and we’ve not connected recently but yesterday I managed an appointment for a root color and cut. Autumn was delightful. She had given me a hand massage before Thanksgiving and remembered I was a gardener, thoughtful! We had a lovely exchange, she did several things that had never been done in the color process before and was quite explanatory of her processes. She was gracious welcoming engaging and I got THE best haircut I have had. Multiple compliments from my husband, again this morning! Thank you for a lovely experience!

I took my daughter in for a cut with Autumn. Her last cut was about 4 months ago with her and at that time she asked for a style for a dance that evening. Autumn remembered 4 months later and asked her how the dance went and how the style held up!!! WOW how did she remember and to bring it up?! Cherry on top! I am super impressed and as a mom, that meant a lot! I will definitely continue to take her to Autumn. Her cut is exactly as she wanted and two days later my daughter is obsessed with how perfect it is. She did great and her personality is so great too! Definitely 5++ stars! Bella is incredible. She’s extremely professional, confident in her craft, and genuinely so talented. I’m beyond happy I found her. She really takes the time to understand what you’re looking for and translates it into a haircut that turns out even better than I imagined. Highly recommend!
