Two stars because the lady was initially nice during the appointment, but zero stars for the actual service. I got lash lift which didn’t work. I’m very sad over my experience. This was my first time trying a lift & I decided to spend the money thinking it would look nice for the holidays, my birthday & an upcoming trip. Well it didn’t lift my lashes, they came out looking way worse than before, uneven, and now I can’t even curl them because they are damaged from the processing. I just want to cry. I feel so ugly. The lady would not offer any way to fix them, no refund, not even a partial refund. Bad customer service. I feel sick to my stomach over the whole situation.
