We are so glad we decided to purchase our hot tub at Backyard Spas and Saunas. We knew very little about hot tubs and their care, and the staff there was extremely Informative and helpful in making our decision. Most important however, their follow up care and assistance have been outstanding in setting up and maintaining our hot tub well after the purchase. Highly recommended them to everyone.

We can’t express how happy we have been with the purchase of our spa from the very first interaction with Randy we have been treated with 1st class customer service! Purchase, delivery and set-up were seamless! Randy & Don helped us find an electrician who was also awesome (thanks Kip). They have all been available for any questions we have and even checked in on us multiple times. The bonus is that we absolutely love our spa and the family-time it encourages on a regular basis as well as of all of its rejuvenating features. We are extremely pleased and will highly recommend Backyard Spas and Saunas of Reno!!!
