Really disappointing experience. 1st customer from abroad on holiday. I went in blonde and came out literally brunette! How anyone can get it so wrong is beyond me. I asked to touch up my roots with 2 highlights for every low light. I was shown the ‘low light’ shade and I pointed out it was too dark but was told ‘it won’t wash out leaving a red undertone’. On top of it the thickness of the colour streaks were all over the place, thick pieces and uneven. No balance in colour at all. She did not bother covering the grey strands near my ears. A LOT more dark than requested. The stylist knew she stuffed up as didn’t want me to see my hair until dry. She obviously hoped the hair will magically lighten up when dry. Worst is the dark lowlights are now washing out leaving a copper undertone! Weird

Madison did my wedding hair (as well has my sisters and mom) and we couldn’t be happier! She was super friendly, cared about every detail, and ensured that each of us were 100% happy with the final result. She did a fantastic job!

I have been coming to this salon for several years now and they have always done a great job. I went today to get my hair cut and, once again, I am happy with the service. Jenny did a great job cutting and styling my hair. It had been a while since I had a hair cut and my hair needed quite a bit of shaping and layering. I have thick curly hair so it is not always easy to work with. But, she was patient with making sure the shape and layers were what I wanted and that the style looked good. My hair looks and feels so much better.

Lauren is stuck with me at this point. She listened and offered advice and suggestions for me without making me feel like a hot mess 😅 my highlights are so so pretty!

My sister went in to get a full highlight and when she got home she realized her shirt had been bleached. She messaged her stylist and told her what happened and her stylist apologized and offered her a free product. I went to pick the product up and they offered a 4 dollar travel size bottle to reimburse me for the ruined 20 dollar shirt! Of course I understand that mistakes happen, but when they do they should be prepared to make up for their shortcomings. I explained to a stylist, Rikki, that the product they were offering is not worth the price of the shirt. She replied by saying we should have known not to wear nice clothing and that she has colored many people’s clothes before. She tried to convince us that bleaching or coloring clothing is a normal part of the salon experience. I h
