Everyone is fantastic and talented; the salon has a great vibe. Jen styles my teenagers' hair and mine, too. Hope is the best nail technician in the region. Highly recommend, always happy!

I just recently moved to Albany and was referred to Backstage by basically every person I asked. Yesterday afternoon I had a balyage and haircut with Chastity, and everything was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, professional, and kept the length in my long hair while also lightening everything up for summer. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to backstage for awhile and let me too you the staff is the best in Albany! They are personable and make sure you are getting your money’s worth! My massage therapist put a cold cloth on my back and left the room for almost 7 minutes! The lotion they used did not smell good. Overall, not a very pleasant experience.
