Jen was amazing! I came in with a friend and she saw us back to back as first time clients. We both look and feel great and Jen is adorable! Beautiful salon, fun atmosphere and contemporary feel. We loved it and will be back to see Jen regularly. Good on you!

Over time, I have given serious thought to changing my initial 5-star rating down to a one star, but because Kristy is an excellent Stylist, I have continued to rate her expertise as a 5-star. The 1-star I mentioned is because after going to Kristy over 20 years, in 2020 I had to find another Stylist. Once salons opened again after the Covid lock down, and after going several months without a haircut, I contacted her about coming in. Since we have had a good relationship over many years, she knew of my risk factors to getting Covid and what that could mean. I asked her if she would wear a mask for me. Not only did she tell me no, but she said the entire salon is not masking and if I wore a mask it would be very difficult to cut my hair. I was stunned and extremely hurt by her lack of

Being new to Payson, I was looking for someone to cut my hair. Christy, the owner, was recommended by two friends, but she was booked through Aug. 16th. I made an appointment with Laura, and I will definitely go back. Loved my haircut, and so did my husband. She was very personable, and I enjoyed my visit. Thank you, Laura.😀

My daught asked to have her hair bleached and died blonde and lori did not do as she wanted she hate her hair now and there was comments about collage (little did she know both these girls are 1/2 way through collage) in there future or not, saying it unprofessionally. Made the girls hurt and mad all in one. They feel like they wasted they money. Greatful for the brownies but will not recommend them ever.
