If I could I would give them no stars. The reviews on here are lies. Do not shop at baby hair the quality and grade is not the same. I am highly disappointed in buying 4 bundles plus a closure and still not enough hair. Also I get back to baby hair to show them the shortened length and he made every excuse instead of working with a now lost customer. Hair is thin, hair does not feel like the old quality!

First time visiting this establishment with my daughter and the experience was great!! Clean on the inside, which is very important. The customer service was impeccable. Oscar was knowledgeable, kind, patient and professional. Oscar was very accommodating to make sure we received the perfect product. I highly recommend and will definitely return.

I’ve been purchasing this hair on and off since 2018, and I must say the quality has drastically decreased. I just purchased 3 22in bundles of body wave hair in store last week, and after getting them installed here’s an update: Not only did I suspect the bundles were small—the hairstylist who installed them commented that the wefts are thick, but there’s little to no hair per bundle. There’s no way these bundles are 90-100 grams. The bundles are very noticeably thin to have been 3 22 inch with every bundle installed. Next, there’s no specification of which hair pattern you have received once you purchase. All bundles are packaged in clear bags with the length specified, but there’s no professional packaging. Maybe, over ten years ago, baby hair inc had the best hair in the city, worth every penny. Today, I decided I wanted to buy new hair, but after reading current reviews, I’m skeptical. I’m going to visit in hopes these opinions are only opinions and not actualities.
