I’ve been coming to this salon for years, and it truly is the best natural hair salon in Louisiana. The stylists are so knowledgeable and have kept my hair healthy and thriving through every stage of my journey. What I love most is that they listen. Whether I want to maintain my routine or switch things up, I always leave feeling confident and cared for. They consistently deliver styles that suit me perfectly, and the health of my hair is always their top priority.

I love my hair! I had a lot of heat damage from a Dominican blowout. I booked a custom curly cut because I didn’t want to cut all my hair off. Anastasia did an amazing job bringing my curls back to life. Thank you for the amazing job you did and the advice you gave me on products for my hair. I will be coming back soon!

I love NOLA and visit often. I wanted to establish a relationship with a natural hair care salon to look good when I'm in town. I Googled the shop and read through the reviews and decided to make an appointment with Laurenice. I like to get flat twist up-dos! I show up and am warmly greeted and met my stylist. We immediately get to business with the washing! Already I'm very impressed with the respect for me and for my time. My style is immaculate and I'm ready for the bayou classic! I come here from time to time, and I want to like it more but they have got to stop overbooking their stylist and inconveniencing the customer. I'm not going to just be waiting to get my hair done in the waiting area for an hour and my appointment time was earlier.. please don't suggest that I should run errands and come back when I book for a certain time and my stylist is doing someone else's hair. They have potential to get better and I want to see them do better

Very disappointing experience. I was super excited to go and become a consistent customer because it’s difficult to fine natural hair care, plus I saw all the good reviews. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Almost all the stylists - INCLUDING THE OWNER - talked trash about the clients once they had left the salon. And they complained constantly about clients who had a lot of hair (me being one of them) in our faces. VERY RUDE. Seems like they’re just trying to make money off of their own people instead of actually caring about clients hair and/or retention. Many stylists complained in the clients face, saying they “didn’t have the patience” for natural hair and “she is the type that does too much”- speaking about a client who booked for her bridal shower hairstyle. I’m never going back, such a shame
