There were several of us that went. My daughter wanted a gel manicure with a design and a pedicure. She was celebrating a special birthday. She was dissatisfied before we left the shop. A couple days later one of her gel nail came completely off. For the cost of what she had done, we were very surprised. She had Cindy. Gel manicure are supposed to last longer than regular manicure. Not in this case. Both were very bad. I also had Cindy for a regular manicure. The polish was never put on properly. I felt she rushed the process. She doesn't put the polish on the sides. It looks incomplete. In a matter of days, all my nails look horrible. The polish is off all my nails. It comes off in chunks. I have never had such a bad manicure. Everyone was so nice but my full set is a mess. My nails are crooked, she barely used the drill to shave down some of the acrylic she applied. I paid 200$ plus dollars for me and my child and I’m an not satisfied at all!!! How can i get My money back for just my set 🤦🏽‍♀️Because i am Not satisfied!!!!

Babi nails is a great nail salon. My daughter, mother in law and I have been coming here to get our manicure and pedicure since a can remember. The entire staff is lovely, the service is great and the environment is relaxing. Not smell of acrylic like other places

I came here a few times and the service had been good but the last time I went it was not a good experience. I can in for a manipedi and the lady who did my pedicure was very nice and did great. Now the lady who did my manicure not so much. I got a simple manicure and the nail polish which was gel stated chipping and comming off within a couple of days. The nail polish was gel and was the same one used for my pedicure. This was all 83 bucks which I thought was ridiculous if it was going to fall off. Plus I gave a 10 tip. If your going charge for outrageous prices make sure the nail polish stays on

This Babi Nails & Spa is a hidden gem. I was in desperate need of help and they delivered. They removed the acrylic from my nails, cut them down, shaped, repaired and painted. I wish they had taken before and after photos before the transformation was nothing short of amazing. The staff is friendly, polite and actually care about providing great service. I appreciate all the staff that I met today and I'm looking forward to my next appointment. See you soon Babi Nails & Spa 💅🏽
