Babi Nails

Fired my nail people at Babi Nails today. Here is why: They charged me take my polish off my toes when I got a pedicure. I requested no polish back on. When they did the charges, I noticed they charged me an extra 10 to take it off. I said I could see if I came in and just wanted my polish off but I got a top shelf pedicure where they take the polish off anyway. I said I feel like you are nickel and diming me. This is not right. Did you charge me extra to take the polish off my nails. They said no because it is part of the manicure service. I said exactly so why are you changing to take it off for a pedicure? Gave them every opportunity to retract. They did not. I said I am a good customer that has been coming for years and I always tip really well. I will not be back. Shame

I went to Babi Nails for the first time and honestly loved it! The place is super clean and cute, and everyone was really nice. I showed them a picture of the nails I wanted and they made them look exactly the same, highkey even better than the picture. My nail woman took her time to made sure I was happy with everything. Which I appreciated so much especially since I’m specific when it comes to tapered square nails. my nails turned out perfect. I’ve gotten so many compliments already! I definitely will be coming back!!💅✨

Best Nail salon in town! I only go here because they are always so clean. The whole team in this salon focus on cleanliness and their nail works are great! Never disappointing job and I love it. Thanks Babi Nails!

So i have gone to this nail salon a few times. They change up their prices regularly, now they won’t service you unless you get a pedicure or manicure. Forcing me to get a manicure every two weeks. My nails looked like I Polished them myself. I sent my daughter here two weeks ago and she said they did a horrible job. I will not be back here ever again.

It used to be great here. I will never go back. Tried dip powder and it looks like a 5 year old did it. It’s all over my fingers and they filed most of my nails off. They continued to make comments about the fact that I like my nails short. I can’t wait to take this off, it looks awful.
