Excellent service + excellent price. This was my first time going here and I was very satisfied. The hair washing was divine and they really know how to wash a scalp and relax you. I believe a guy named Danny cut my hair and he was truly amazing. I asked him for a certain hair cut but he explained to me that my hair wasn’t long enough but he would give me something similar to it and it came out so beautiful. I left with lots of layers on the top which I love. I will say that he forgot to use a heat protector in my hair before the blow out but that’s okay as I don’t use heat in my hair often. Overall, excellent place and I will be back in the future for my hair cuts.

Great first experience. Celine was very helpful in giving advice on how to best care for my hair. My daughter also enjoyed her haircut and was pleased with the results. Nice local spot- Will definitely visit again. Thank you!

Formal Complaint Regarding Discriminatory Treatment and Unethical Business Practices I am writing to formally document my experience at this establishment, which I found to be both discriminatory and unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment online for a wash and blow-dry, with the advertised price clearly listed as $38. Upon arriving for my 12:00 PM appointment with my two young daughters, I greeted the two male employees at the front desk. Neither acknowledged my greeting. When I informed them that I had an appointment, one responded in an aggressive tone, asking “For what?!” I clarified that it was for a wash and blow-dry. Celine always does an amazing job in hair coloring, blowouts and haircut. I’ve been her loyal customer for years and I’m happy on how she takes care of my hair. It’s pricey but the place is decent, clean, bright and spacious.

Celine was amazing! I walked out of the salon feeling so beautiful. I can't wait to go back to get a treatment! It was also great not feeling like I broke the bank compared to other salons I've been to in the area.
