B-Won Nail Spa

LAN was amazing! She seemed very young but also it was like she had years upon years of experience! She applied that acrylic effortlessly barely having to file them to shape . Because the way she applied the acrylic onto my nail and nail tip was so smooth. Not thick at all and she just seemed to know what she was doing! Plusssss my pedicure wasss amazing! She took her time and I was soooo relaxed ! LAN you have a life time customer! I get my nails done regularly at another salon . But always just went to whoever! I got gift certificate to BWON and now have found my go to gal!!!

This most recent set is so freaking cute. Dang has done my nails for about 10 years and he’s the best in town. He gave me exactly what I asked for ☺️ Now that you know, don’t go in there and not tip him well. Treat my tech right!

Anna is literally the best! The best manicure I have ever had! She is sweet, caring, and really cares about customer satisfaction. She started doing the color I originally picked out, I realized I didn’t like it as much as I thought, and I hesitantly asked her about possibly changing to another color parentheses I say hesitant because every time I asked to change anything or mention something anywhere else they are very rude to me. Parentheses she was more than happy to change it and picked the best color ever! She took her time, made me laugh, and I will be back to see her every time! 12/10

I don’t normally go get my nails done at B-won since it is far from me but I do get my eye brows done there. I stopped in to get my eye brows done and the lady that did it burnt me several times with the wax after I told her “it’s burning me” no sorry no nothing. She was also in a huge rush with everything and waxed some of my real eyebrow off. I do know it’s supposed to be hot obviously but it shouldn’t be as hot to where it was completely burning my skin.

This place is horrible. I’d give 0 stars if I could. I paid $75 for 2 sets between a friend and myself, and they literally rushed towards the end. Failing to put top coat on at least 4 fingers causing them to chip earlier than normal. I had one nail fall off in my SLEEP, another nail the acrylic French tip started peeling, and on another the artwork rubbed off- went back, mind you less than 1 week and paid TEN $ for repairs which did NOT even last 12 hrs. Literally did nothing except pump gas, and I had a nail snap in half. This place is horrible. HORRIBLEE. I don’t even know how to apply acrylics and I could probably put on a set that lasts longer than this. This store doesn’t even know what an apex is based on how they apply acrylics. Do not spend a dime here- it will be an absolute wast
