B-Tan Tanning Salon on Broad St

Decent tanning salon in terms of equipment, lotions, and results, but my experience with them was bad customer service and predatory policies. One employee told me I could cancel my membership whenever without a fee, another told me they weren’t aware why someone would say that and I’d have to pay for a month I wasn’t using.

OK, I love this place but I’m not going to give it a positive review. I’m giving it a five star because I’ve been a loyal customer with the highest membership for almost 3 years now. I loved Rob, I love Ashley, Emily, all the girls are so great. I’ve always really liked the staff and I like the beds and there’s a good lotion selection. And it was local. I think Tori is a wonderful addition. She’s a wonderful manager. She goes above and beyond every single time I come in. I had a personal death and she reached out to me to check on me. I say this because I witnessed somebody harassing her and the girls, and I heard she threatened them. And I came in and saw that she was back and I am confused as to why this woman was allowed back. I asked Tori why this woman was back and she wouldn’t tell

The staff is always really helpful and the prices have stayed really reasonable.

The staff is great here & everyone is soOo friendly! I’ve been tanning for years,& it’s hard to find a good place, especially that I’m comfortable at. Rob was always great,& now Tori is someone I enjoy seeing as well. Beds are great especially the biggest level!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had the most blissful and amazing tanning experience of my life at B-Tan. It felt like I was on the beach for 10 minutes, soaking up the sun and enjoying the ultimate relaxation. I have to mention the incredible service provided by Ashley, who made the experience even more enjoyable. Ashley's cool, nice, and professional demeanor truly made a difference. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel comfortable and at ease. This is the only tanning salon I will ever go to. 10–10 highly recommend!!!
