B-Tan Salon

I feel like I need to say thank you in excess to B-tan. The tanning salon I typically use is around the corner; a smaller facility yet more affordable to us single moms. But, it’s short staffed- leaving customers SOL when an employee pulls a last minute “call in sick.” I only tan once a week so pulling up to a closed salon is beyond frustrating. But B-tans is always open when that happens. FYI: the complimentary towel provided to use after your session isn’t in the room - you have to grab it before you go in to your session. I usually forget bc no other salon I’ve been to does it that way, so I’m not used to it. Just wanted to give a heads up incase you sweat like I do. Reason for only 4 stars; I’ve only been there a few times but each time, I use a different bed and every one of them eit

5/5 is when this started. I contacted the salon letting them know that bed 21 needs to be cleaned they checked and left a note for Kim the manager to please call me and apologizing about this. Not only that but the floors are disgusting and makes me not even want to take my shoes off to get in the bed.The girls at the front were amazing about the situation. Days have gone by and still no call, 3 weeks have went by no call. I have called through out the weeks to check in and the girls had stated they have left notes and they are so sorry. I am now annoyed about this type of situation and needs to be handled and still not one call from the manager. I am a brand new member at this tanning bed and bought 2 months worth of tanning to receive this type of service. It makes me rethink my purchase

I have been going to this location for gosh since I was a senior. Now I go on and off and was a period where I stopped ( wasn’t for any reason) I loved Renee and her staff. When it turned over to B tan I went on and off but I just have to say something. I have never experienced such a condescending and rude worker there before but this chick is RUDE, not Friendly and shouldn’t be dealing w customers! 3 different times I dealt w this Manager. Now if I was wrong or mistaken, which I really don’t think I was. She never told me about this policy They had and I don’t wanna go into it but Nevertheless, the way sh would spoke to me was so unprofessional and rude. I played in that Bed livid. I was so angry. I was gonna say something to her when I got out, but when I did, she wasn’t there. Anymor

Recently went to the north Wilmington location for myself and my daughter. I was looking for tanning bed and she for spray tan. Upon arrival we were greeted by Angel who explained the different shades and packages with knowledge and patience as I haven’t been in quite some time. Both my daughter and myself were very happy. Angel Was a pleasure to work with!
