This salon is no longer answering the phone to make appointments . It’s as if you are a pain and already on their nerves when you walk in the door . I rarely go to this salon - maybe 4 times per year but I live so close! It’s a shame! I’m playing Russian roulette when I go. You will not get treated well by 80% of the staff. Only a couple of the older ladies who do pedicures are able to do a simple gel pedicure. Don’t ask for anything special . You won’t be accommodated . Management is truly sick mentally . Something is wrong with this salon . Go somewhere else !

I went to BQ nails after I was unhappy with a full set from another servicer. I was just looking to get the two middle nails fixed however BQ was quick to welcome me in and fixed my whole set for a very good price. I cannot recommend them enough after this experience. They are my new go to spot!

My daughter and I went to get a manicure and pedicure. We confirmed the prices when we arrived. The services and lady’s who did then were good. At checkout we were charged significantly more. The manager was VERY rude. When asking for an explanation she was screaming the employee gave me the wrong price, that my 10 year old was not a “child” and was the adult price, even though I was told at the beginning she was the child prices. She then said she would then remove her gel polish and put on regular. She would not provide the owners information to contact. She was extremely rude and loud when just asking to confirm the excessive amount the total. She slammed $20 and ended the conversation. We will never return after many years of going to this business.

Would recommend Lemon or Sue for acrylic. Lemon has been doing my nails for a long time and I am always satisfied. Clean facilities and very nice staff!
