B Nails

Leadership is subpar, requested I return on Thursday, im on night shift so i got up early, for correcting a bad and rush job done a couple of days ago, to tell me the nail tech is booked all day, I said can I make an appt for tomorrow, no appt on weekend, its Friday? You have to sit and wait, whenever we get to you. So wake up again early to sit for a bad job you and your colleague did, and to not want to make it right to keep your customer, bad service, bad emotional intelligence, poor insight. I just left and wrote 2 reviews to encourage you to spend your hard earn money somewhere with kindness, cleanliness, enthusiasm for their work, and appreciating people! THIS PLACE IS NOT IT! I love this place they are very high quality and gel stay on for a very long time I’ve never had a problem with the wait

I love b nails this is my 2nd time going there and they always do an amazing job and it takes less than 40 mins which is amazing

I’d leave 0 stars if I could. They were rude and acted annoyed when asking them to get the fuzz left on my nail after getting gel polished. Also cut down way too much but hey they didn’t even ask me anything just did whatever. For $50 dollars I shouldn’t have fuzz in my nail. Will never go back

Sorry husband account, As a professional woman who was very pleased with someone doing my nails the first time despite how pricey it was for the service I got, I returned for a pedicure early and said ohh let me put my hands and nails on the same schedule, the owner was despicable when she painted my nails, the nail tech rushed my nails so the shape was hideous, wore for 3 days and the tips was chipping so I returned and asked for the original girl, told me to come in on Thursday, I came she said no openings, you can come back tomorrow and sit and wait, no appt on weekend and I said I can't get my nail fixed on the day you said to come on a job you did terrible at..... I would not support a business that just can't do basic customer service, I'm sure you can enjoy your nails and feet being
