There is a reason this place has a 2.4-star rating status. I truly wish I had done my homework before walking in. When I arrived, I was greeted by an older woman who I assumed was coordinating or helping around the salon. Instead, she sat me down and began working on my nails. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt, thinking she might simply have a lot of experience. However, after drilling my nails and wrapping them in acetone foil, she realized she couldn’t complete the service and had another employee come over to explain. At that point, I said that was fine and asked that my polish simply be removed (as I sat there fingers wrapped in acetone foil) so I could pay for that and leave. DO NOT go to this place! I made the mistake of not checking the reviews beforehand—and quickly realized why the salon was nearly empty. The service was terrible, and the older staff clearly lacked proper training and technique. Instead of using the appropriate methods for nails and pedicures, they relied heavily on sanding tools and grinders, even on my cuticles, which left my fingers feeling raw and irritated. My nails turned out awful, and I still need to get them redone—after wasting $110 on a fill and pedi. I’ll never go back and strongly recommend others avoid this place!

Just like a couple of people said, I wish I would've checked the reviews before going. I went to this nail salon because my usual friend/ nail lady is battling an illness. The older staff were definitely not properly trained and used a sander to remove my nail polish. I asked if they did chrome and they said yes, but clearly they did not know how to do it because it took three different technicians to do chrome. And the cherry on the sundae was when one of the women told me that I was "lucky because you have three women working on your nails". No, the first lady did not know how to do it, the second lady didn't know how to do it, tried, and screwed it up, and then it took a third lady to go in and fix it, before the first lady took over again. I went in to get a french tips on my toes and regular polish. The toes looks good ive gotten better french tips but no complaints. My nails though the lady who did mine filed my pointer finger nail super short and it genuinely looks silly compared to my other nails, there are alot of flaws in how the polish was painted. Spent $150 on this wasn’t worth it

If I could give a zero, I will give a zero. I went to get my Pedicure with gel polish for my first time there and it was a horrible experience first it seemed like they didn’t want to get me in, though I made an appointment. They were hesitant to see me not sure why, but that was the feeling and then the young lady said yes she has an appointment go ahead and do her pedicure so another lady did my pedicure . The water was extremely hot that burned my foot my right foot and as I pulled my foot out real quick, the water splashed on my knee and it was really hot and she did nothing but Said, is it too hot? I said yes, but I’m OK now then she proceed doing the pedicure. Everything seemed fine and then the gel polish and everything seemed fine. Once I left the place after three days my gel on m
