B & J Nail Salon

If I could give 0 stars i would. Yesterday was my first time utilizing the salon when I walked in the people did not greet me. They stared at me like I had three heads. I had an appointment for a pedicure and a gel refill. I waited 20 minutes. I asked the nail tech to rub my feet A little harder because I could barely feel it and she asked me if I was going to rub hers. I also had a red nail polish on, and she did not get all of it off my toes and painted over the red with an aqua colored nail polish. After I went to the table to have my nails done, I told her that I wanted my nails narrow, and she handed me the Emery board and asked me if I wanted to do it. She was talking very quietly with a mask on , and I informed her that I had a hearing loss. She asked me if I wore hearing aids and

I loved this place! My MIL has been going here for years and I was fortunate enough to take her the other day. My first visit there blew my mind. The customer service is phenomenonal - every customer who came in was literally greeted BY NAME and the staff remembered details about their customers, like the kids and trips that were taken, etc. Very friendly, very happy, great vibe!

My husband and I were in town from RI visiting family. We had a truly relaxing pedicure. Warm and welcoming salon team and the space is clean and bright. Our interaction with the salon team members was great. They checked in on the water temperature and made sure we were comfortable. A wonderful experience and highly recommend them.

Absolutely love the team at B&J - they’re all kind, extremely talented and Kim is willing to do any crazy design I ask to do! They’re the best!
