Well, I've lived here over 10 yrs. The Elise Apartments, and we've had 3 management companies but, this one I can tell isn't going to be a Good one! From the day which was about a month ago they took over I put in a work order for A few things that needed to be addressed, well yesterday I put I a work order fora water problem in my kitchen and explained that I'd had Water issues previously that was ignored and eventually had to be addressed by an attorney! Twice, in the kitchen and in the bathroom! This Company is crap and I know because I managed apartments for 2 of the best Companies Lincoln Properties and Parry Management 17 years therefore I know the business inside out! If you have a choice of Any other Property Please don't Come Here.

We rented an apartment for my daughter for a year. This property management is terrible. They will nickel and dime you for everything they can. We have rental properties of our own, so we leave everything better than we found it. They did a walk through when we left the property, approved everything and then fined us. We spent hours cleaning everything from walls to carpet. All they care about is getting your money, I will never do business with them again. I could say more but your probably tired of reading this.

DO NOT RENT HERE – Save Yourself the Headache Since BH Management took over, everything has gone downhill. They came in trashing the previous management, bragging about how great they were and how customer service was their top priority. What a joke. They gave us only three days’ notice (two of which were on a weekend) about a new payment system—with zero consideration for how inconvenient or stressful that would be. We had to scramble to create new logins, pray rent would process in time, and still had the threat of late fees hanging over us. Then came the mailbox key nightmare. I lost my key and left work early to ask for a replacement. I showed up 10 minutes before closing, but the manager was already rushing out and refused to help—twice. You own The Versailles apartments and they are horrible. Water is constantly being shut off for repairs. No hot water for the last 3 days. They cant put a credit on your account in a decent amount of time (over 30 days). Look at the reviews. It's not just me. Y'all need to hire someone that can turn this place around because apparently some of your people are not doing their jobs. I never got the credit I was supposed to get over a year ago when I went 3 months with no washer and dryer even though I was paying for it. I'm done playing games. Lawyer is my next step as well as moving out quickly

DO NOT RENT HERE!! Since they have taken over Pecan Creek Housing it is unsafe with off lease and aggressive dogs, no maintenance done to yards and we as residents pay for it. They close out work orders without issues addressed and when confronted they tell you to move out. Brand new houses with yards growing over the six foot fence and they do nothing.
