Agree with other reviewers: the location sometimes closed without notice, during regular hours. Tanning bulbs were sometimes burned out, too; management/staff didn't seem to care. The beds were decent, though, and it was convenient distance to my home. But my biggest problem is that I had to call for a refund when they kept charging my card for months after I cancelled my membership. Hopefully it's all resolved now, but that wasn't cool.

The absolute filthiest tanning establishment I’ve ever been to, and then when I informed the owner that she had bulbs out in every bed; she just smiled and said, “if you don’t like it go somewhere else!” Also they only seem to be opened when it’s convenient for them! When I cancelled my membership, it took me 3 months of calling and complaining to get my fees back every month until my membership was finally cancelled!

Dirty establishment. Beds were old and bulbs were weak. When I spoke to the owner, she rolled her eyes and told me if I wasn't happy to go elsewhere. They were only open at their convenience. Never again will Igo. I'm so glad I didn't get a membership. I do not recommend this place at all.

This is a terrible establishment . After I cancelled my membership, they continued to charge my account. I spoke to Kelly and Megan multiple times about this issue, and even though it was admittedly their mistake, they were very rude when I would call them. They kept saying they would mail me a check. I still have yet to receive a dime of my money back.

Terrible tanning establishment. Beds are dusty under acrylic, bulbs burned out, high end bed has been broken for months and nobody seems to care. I took my business to Baja in Sinking Spring.
