Stylist, Tacara “GrippGod” lacks respect and has poor customer service skills. She took pride on insulting me and presented as obnoxious. She informed me of all of her stipulations on the day of my appt. By then it was too late too cancel without penalty of being charged hundreds. She required full cash payment upfront so my booking app protection was voided. It seemed like she intentionally wanted me to say nvm so she didn’t have to do any work. My braids started slipping out within a week. Too much hair was used given the small parts . The braids fell out from the follicles throughout and even around my EDGES. $300+ down the drain plus I had to invest in restoration products for bald spots. I've been a client of Bethany's for almost 5 years. She's is amazing as a stylist. I've had my hair cut, straightened, colored, and at one point processed by her... every time I'm satisfied and my hair has remained healthy throughout all the transformations. If your looking for a hair stylist in August, GA, B Coiffed it is!

If I could give it zero stars I would. Do not go to this shop completely unprofessional and money hungry. My wife had an appointment for my daughter on Saturday. The stylist Tocara cancelled her appointment the day of and rescheduled for Monday. Individual has a bunch of arbitrary rules to get paid the money and get out of doing the hair. When my wife showed up she said she was charging extra because my daughter hair was thick and stated the money needed to be paid up front. On top of this the stylist had someone in her chair so she never had any intention of doing my daughters hair. She ended up charging my wife 150 dollars total for a cancelled appointment I have never in 32 years heard of a cancellation fee being that high. Do not go to this shop.

I have been going to Tacara for my daughter for the past 4 years. She is very professional and gives great advice and recommendations for not only braids but also the best way to care for your natural hair. I would definitely recommend her for your haircare services.

Bethany is AWESOME, her personality and her services, She's great with adults and children and all types of hair. My daughter and I absolutely live her and she does the BEST silk out EVER.
