I’m a regular customer and I come here often. When I visited yesterday there was an older guy I’d never seen before. He was extremely nit picky and made passive aggressive comments about everything I touched. This didn’t sit right with me at all and it felt like the kind of treatment women of color tend to receive.

They don’t have the best reputation with folks in the Kneegrow community but make all their money 💵 selling Kneegrow products 2 Kneegrow folks. I never understood why that works out so swell in their favor but 🤷🏾‍♂️ However I’ve been going there 4 years & they’ve never been rude to me but I’ve seen altercations in the past. Ya might wanna check out Hair Joy in Aurora for much better service ask 4 Benny & he’ll hook ya up. Or if that’s 2 far 2 drive I’d say check em out if you’re ever in the neighborhood and holla at a Playa 👌🏾

Walked in , then a rude man who works there starts being rude about me and my partner having to be with our parents ( aware that we are 19 years old !) don’t assume we are minors and don’t be rude about it either . he then proceeded to ask for our ID rudely and so we gave him our ID’s because we aren’t minors , then get mad at the fact that we proved that we are 19 . after , two females asked why do we have to be ID and then the cashier said because there’s a sign that says 18+ beware there is no sign that says that outside or inside the store , I think it’s very unfair that we weren’t comfortable enough to even shop anymore , we just left disappointed. be more respectful to customers and stop assuming without asking !

Worst customer service ever!!! This old guy that works there was extremely rude to me and my girlfriend! We entered and he said you guys need to come in with parents all rude he even looked at us all weird! Me and my girlfriend are 19 years old he thought we were under 18, we told him we were 19 and he asked us very rude to show him our IDs and we did but he was so rude about it. Maybe next time they should have a sign that says 18+ in the front door! Also their products look very cheap and so expensive when you could get them cheaper somewhere else with better quality!!!
