Azusa's Hair Salon

I'm writing to share some feedback on my recent appointment on April 2024 for a wash, trim, and deep conditioner. While I enjoyed my first visit to the salon, this recent experience fell short of my expectations. During the service, I noticed several phone calls that interrupted the flow of the appointment. Having frequent breaks for extended conversations, especially while I was in the shampoo bowl, significantly extended the service time. Additionally, some steps like a trim and deep conditioning, which I requested beforehand, were unfortunately missed. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but the overall experience left me feeling disappointed. While I appreciate her skills, I won't be able to return for future appointments due to the inconsistency in service.

I love coming here. They have great service, pricing and my hair has remained healthy over the years. Amazing salon!

Azusa's a great place to have your hair washed and deep conditioned and styled. The employee there do a great job and are very caring. The stylist that work at Azusa are very knowledgeable on the different textures of hair. I am always so very happy with the work with the request that I've made and will always return when I get an opportunity.

The owner gives the best shampoos, and is talented in giving a person all types of hairstyles! She is a pleasure to converse with as well!

I've been getting my hair pressed and curled here for over 20 years! There is nobody else I'd trust to press my hair. The styles last and my hair is healthy and growing.
