Azul Nails and Spa

I had high hopes based on previous Google reviews, as this was my first time visiting this establishment. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. The staff wasn’t friendly, but I could deal with that if the quality of the job was done well. It wasn’t. First, my nails were not prepared properly. Second, they didn’t clean my cuticles at all. Third, the nail polish was not applied evenly. Fourth, the nails were not filed properly and left with rough edges. Fifth and probably the worst was the lady didn’t sanitize her tools after she was done with her client, and she use the same tools with me. I’ve had great experiences at Azul Nails and Spa. I’ve gotten acrylic sets/fills and my nails always come out amazing. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my nails. I even got engaged with the nails she did! I just got a pedicure there and it was also great! Zulema even contacted me after my first appointment to tell me that I overpaid (she forgot that I had paid the deposit when I booked online) and she gave me the money back via Zelle which was awesome because I wouldn’t have known otherwise. That’s the sign of a great and honest business that I’ll always support!

I had such an amazing experience. I got a spa pedicure and my mom got a gel pedicure. Both came out perfectly! Such wonderful attention to detail. The massage part was lovely, as I’m on my feet all day for work. The space itself was incredibly clean and welcoming. I usually don’t enjoy pedicures but this one was surprisingly relaxing. Happy to say pedicures will now be part of my self care routine! I can’t wait for my next appointment here :)

I have been ISO of a good nail salon for so long, and I feel like my search has finally ended! I got a gel / chrome mani and a pedi and I couldn't be happier with the services and professionalism of the team. I will definitely be back and can't wait to show off my nails!

Amazing service. I went here for the first time a few weeks ago for a gel fill and pedicure. The salon is quaint and clean, cozy feeling. It’s small but I like that personally. It was a much more comfortable experience than at a larger salon. I was able to enjoy some quiet time while I got my pedicure which was awesome and my fill and polish turned out just like I wanted. I asked if I could do multiple colors on my nails and she said yes - this may seem like a small thing but every other time I’ve asked this at a bigger salon they get annoyed at me. She was more than happy to do this for me which I appreciated. 10/10 all around. I’ve already booked my second appointment. 😊😊
