Such an amazing experience with Nataly at Azalá! From the moment I walked in, the environment felt welcoming and professional. Nataly was incredibly informative and truly knew what she was talking about. She took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with my skin and made sure I understood everything, which I really appreciated. The staff overall is wonderful, and you can genuinely tell that everyone there cares about their clients.
